Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Suwanee, Georgia.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• 100% center-based BCBA position
• Lead ABA treatment planning and clinical programming
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain autonomy over treatment planning and caseload management
• Manage an approximately 8-client caseload
• Utilize Central Reach software platform
• Work within a structured and collaborative care environment
SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No Call
• No Weekends
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $90,000+
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
